We are excited to have a new venture at Neighland, we will be offering full care retirement board to a
handful of horses. My goal is to cater to the show horses that are used to top notch care and owners
that want to continue that care and pampering through retirement, we are a small barn and will give
your horse individualized attention. Special medications and horses that are high maintence are not
problems for us, due to our hands on, full care approach.

We offer daily turnout in small groups (night or day depending on the time of year), large matted
stalls while they are inside, daily hoof picking, at least 4 x a week grooming with vacuuming, more if
needed, hoof trims or front shoes every 4-6 weeks, deworming, semi-annual vaccinations, coggins,
annual dental, blanketing/fly masks as needed, summer body clipping (if needed), all included in
board. High quality grain fed 2 x day and orchard grass or orchard/alfalfa hay is always available in
the stall and as needed outside in the winter.

Our barn manager and myself both have Bachelor Degrees in Equine Studies and are well versed in
