In-utero sales
The in utero process explained a little more in depth.  If you have any other questions or
would like to see the contract please feel free to email or call me!

I offer several different options to buy as well, a discounted outright purchase price or a payment
plan that can be tailored to your needs as long as it is paid for before the foal leaves me! I also
guarantee the foal will be healthy when its born or your $$ back, and also pay for insurance on it until
it leaves my farm!! All foals will be lifetime registered with USEF.

The first is pretty straight forward by offering a even larger discounted price if your purchase
outright in utero.

The second is slightly more complex; a payment plan of sorts!  I ask that you put down a 20%
deposit when the contract is signed.  Then at 7 days you put down 20% more, again at 3 & 6 weeks,
and a final payment when the foal is weaned.  If at any time you wish to terminate the contract you
only lose what is paid for to that point.  The contract will then become null and void and then I
would be able to offer the foal to other buyers.

The foal will be handled daily, and will be comfortable haltering, picking up feet, leading, clipping
and other daily activities.

On either option there will be no board for the foal prior to weaning, and I will also pay for foal
check, hoof trimming, and deworming.

I'm also happy to try and tailor something to each person, just let me know what you would like to
do!! If you'd like more information or a copy of our in utero contract please email me at

We are a very small breeding operation so can only do 2 or so foals a year as we are very hands on
with them, and handle them multiple times a day. Our philosophy always has been to start with the
best possible mares in our program and breed them to stallions we think they'd cross well with no
matter the breed, or "flavor of the year", Mae (Amelia's mother)has been a stellar producer for us, her
first foal
Rocketman is USEF number 1 Large Pony in the Country for 2012. All of our babies are
started from day one with lots of handling and are great for the farrier, clipping, and leading within
the first few weeks we continue this throughout the time they are with us.
"Amelia" was bred to Goldmaker and West Baby to Toronto in mid June both of these foals will be available
in utero for May 2018 foals.
As with all of our babies we offer a healthy foal guarantee and carry insurance
on all of our babies till they leave our property.

All of our babies are started from day one with lots of handling and are great for the farrier, clipping, and
leading within the first few weeks we continue this throughout the time they are with us. Our consistency
producing quality year after year speaks for itself.  West Baby/"Mae" has been a stellar producer for us, her
first foal
Rocketman  finished out 2012 by winning the USEF National Champion Large Pony Hunter, her
2012 foal,
Alika Bay  won her 3 year old class at Upperville in 2015 and finished out the 2013 year  as USEF
National Reserve Champion Yearling Hunter Breeding HOTY.
Chimera has also produced well, her 2013
foal
Davanza won most of her classes as a yearling with several RBYH's as well and was 3rd in a
competitive class at Upperville in 2014.
